Requirement for NTN
  1. Copy of CNIC of the Applicant
  2. Copy of last paid electricity Bill of the address given in the Registry Portion.
  3. Copy of Company / Business Letterhead Pad
  4. Incase already have NTN so bring Original NTN or Shtam Paper  (Should be Shtam Paper Rs. 30/= )
Requirement for Registration Single Member Company
  1. Copy of CNIC of the Applicant
  2. Copy of last paid electricity Bill of the address given in the Registry Portion.
  3. Incase already have NTN so bring Original NTN or Shtam Paper  (Should be Shtam Paper Rs. 30/= )
  4. Bank Account Certificate
  5. Copy of Company / Business Letterhead Pad
  6. Request for Chamber on Letter Head
  7. Member ID Card Form
  8. 3 Passport size snaps
Requirement for Partnership Company
  1. Copy of CNIC of the Applicant
  2. Copy of last paid electricity Bill of the address given in the Registry Portion.
  3. Incase already have NTN so bring Original NTN or Shtam Paper  (Should be Shtam Paper Rs. 30/= )
  4. Partnership Deed ( Should be on Shtam Paper 500/= ) with notary
  5. C-Form
  6. Incase Two persons want to partnership so should be made 3 NTN's
  7. 1 for Company
  8. 2 for Partners
  9. Bank Account Certificate
  10. Copy of Company / Business Letterhead Pad
  11. Request for Chamber on Letter Head
  12. Member ID Card Form
  13. 3 Passport size snap
Requirement for Sales Tax Number GST
  1. ST-Form-1 New registration & Change in Particular web address www.fbr.gov.pk  E-File ( Electronic File) E-Registration ==> New Registration==> ST & FE Registration
  2. NTN Certificate copies ( Firm + Partners)
  3. NIC Copies (Owner / Partner / Director)
  4. Business Bank Account Certificate Copy
  5. Sales Deed / Rent Deed of Business premises
  6. Utility Bills (Electronic, Gas & Telephone) as last month paid
  7. Chamber of Commerce Certificate Copy
  8. Partnership Deed + Form C (In case of partnership AOP)
  9. Memorandum & Article Association (In case of Pvt Limited.)
  10. Complete Address of the Firm on Letter pad
  11. Request letter on Letter pad
Requirement for NTN Feeding on Dry Port
  1. Copy of NTN
  2. Copy of CNIC of the Applicant
  3. Copy of Sialkot Chamber registration
  4. Copy of Partnership Deed
  5. Copy of Rent agreement or Land ownership copy
  6. Utility Bills original last paid of the address given in the Registry Portion.
  7. 2 Letterheads sign & stamp
  8. Rs. 100 Shtam paper in the favors of Collector of Customs & ANF Sialkot.
  9. 2 reference letters of other exporter on their letterheads
  10. Rs. 2500 fee for registration
